Why did you decide to discontinue the Partner Program?
What will happen with my 15% partner discount?
How do I place my orders?
If you are renewing an existing license for one of your customers, please refer to the following steps: https://support.share-gate.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000598507-License-Renewal
If you are purchasing a new license for one of our customers:
Visit our pricing page.
Select a plan (Standard or Nintex, number of years, and number of users)
Click on [Buy Now] or [Get a formal quote]:
[Buy Now]: Select this option if you wish to purchase the license immediately and pay via Credit Card. Once on the form, you will need to input your Premium Partner Coupon Code in the [Coupon Code] field and click on [Recalculate]. This will apply your 15% discount to this purchase.
[Get a formal quote]: Select this option if you wish to get a formal quote and then complete the purchase via our Invoicing Process. Your quote will automatically include your 15% discount.
In all above scenarios, you will need to input your customer’s contact information as the License End User or License Main Contact.
Do I get to keep my partner demo license?
What will happen with our Premium Partner Agreement?
In accordance with section 15.1 (iv) of the Premium Partner Agreement, Sharegate may terminate the agreement upon notice to Premium partners, if it ceases to offer the current Premium partner Program.
Effective December 3rd, 2018, all contracts will be terminated and you will no longer be expected to comply with its terms.
Will I get a kickback for a client referral?
If you refer a client and they do not purchase through you, we will not be providing any referral fee after December 3rd, 2018.
Will I be able to handle the renewals for my clients?
Yes. If you are still in contact with your clients and their renewal is coming up, you may process their renewal and receive 15% discount until December 3rd, 2019.
We recommend that you reach out to your clients 90 days before their expiry date and that you let our renewal team know that you will handle the order at [email protected].
As usual, if we do not receive a notice from you before 60 days prior to the renewal, we will reach out to the clients directly.
What will happen to the partner portal and the information I get from it?
The partner portal will not be active after December 3rd, 2018.
We recommend exporting all the information that you find relevant and keeping your own record of it.
