Benjamin Niaulin, VP of Product at ShareGate. Benjamin crafts products to help organizations adopt new ways of working with the tools the Microsoft cloud provides. Proficient in simplifying complex technologies, Benjamin has been a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 2008 and is a Microsoft Regional Director and Office Servers and Services MVP.
Nathalie Jard
Nathalie Jard is a Product Manager with over 12 years of experience at ShareGate. She began her tenure in product development for ShareGate’s Migration tool but has since transitioned to Management, leading product development for provisioning solutions. She excels at customer-driven product development and specializes in Microsoft 365 governance.
Ryan Hum
Ryan Hum is a Product Manager with over 12 years of experience working in B2C and B2B companies before joining ShareGate in 2022. Currently managing the ShareGate end-user app, he leverages his expertise in product analytics, data, and customer feedback to help with decision-making, UI/UX, and leading product development teams to deliver solutions to the market.
Shauna Baptiste
Shauna Baptiste has more than 10 years of experience in Customer Success, with the last 5 as Customer Success Manager, which is her role at ShareGate since 2022. Shauna is the host of Weekly Ask the Expert Beginner Sessions, a former conference/webinar moderator, and a lover of all things ShareGate Management.
