ShareGate SMS/Text Messaging Terms

1. Program description. Workleap Platform Inc. (“Workleap”, “we”, or “us”) offers text message and voice communications to individuals who opt in, including follow-up regarding demo requests, meeting scheduling, qualification questions, and related marketing communications (collectively, the “SMS Service”). Messages may be sent using automated technology, and voice calls may use an artificial or AI-generated voice.

2. Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may also opt out of voice calls at any time by stating that you no longer wish to receive calls, or by contacting us at [support email / toll-free number].

3. Help. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at [support email address or toll-free number].

4. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
